Applying to the Zoning Board of Appeals

Meetings are the first Monday of each month @ 7:00 pm. in the Council Chambers, 2nd floor of Town Hall.
Applications for ZBA are available in the Building Department or you may download a printable application online
The Glastonbury Zoning Regulations are available for purchase in the Building Official's office.
The cost is: $10.00 Book only, $20.00 Book w/ Map, $10.00 Map only

What do you need to make application?

Ten copies of everything you submit including the application.
Other documents: Written description in detail, Plot Plan, Building elevations, Floor plans, and/or other documents that relate to the application.
Effective October 1, 2009 meeting Cost: Filing Fee: $185.00
Cash Deposit for sign post $10.00 (refunded with return of post within 30 days after meeting date)
