Party Rentals
Looking for a place to host that special birthday party or family reunion? Reservations should be made as soon as possible and are based on availability. Paperwork must be completed and full payment made within 5 business days of making the reservation. Event dates and times are confirmed only after payment is received. No refunds will be issued for facility rentals. If a cancellation is made with at least 2 weeks notice, there may be an opportunity to reschedule for a different date.
J.B. Williams Park Pavilion Rental
In-person and phone reservations for use of the J.B. Williams Park “covered” pavilion start the first business day of the calendar year.

Tennis Court Reservations
8 NEW courts are available at Glastonbury High School. Reservations are accepted by calling 652-7679 from May-October.
- Reservations can’t be made more than one day in advance (singles limited to 1 hour; doubles limited to 2 hours).
- Evening reservations (after 5:00 p.m.) for the same day accepted until noon.
- Lighted courts (1-4) can be turned on by players at the court (activated until 10:00 p.m.)
- Both lighted and unlighted courts available first come first serve unless reserved or scheduled.
- Availability may be limited due to programs.
Firewood
Sold to Glastonbury residents in 1/8 cord amounts measuring 16" X 3' X 4'. Register at the Parks and Recreation Department office. Limit of one application per residence. Proof of residency required when registering. Fee is $20.
Horseshoes at the Riverfront Community Center
Horseshoes at the Riverfront Community Center The Riverfront Community Center (300 Welles Street) now has horseshoes! The equipment can be borrowed from the Human Services office, during office hours, by leaving a driver's license in exchange for the horseshoes. License will be returned upon return of the shoes.
