Camp Discovery
(Children who have completed grades K-5)
A typical day camp program designed to meet the needs of working parents while providing a fun filled day for children. All campers will participate daily in swim lessons, sports, games, arts & crafts, and free swim. Campers will also have the option of taking a tennis lesson. Special events and field trips will take place weekly. Sessions themes are (1) Tropical Paradise, (2) Be a Star and (3) Disney Adventure. This is not a drop in program and campers should plan on being there for the entire day.

Skyhawks Multi Sport
(Youth Ages 7-14)
Multi-Sport camp is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting. For this program we combine 2 sports into one fun-filled week. Athletes will learn the rules and essentials of each sport through skill-based games and scrimmages. By the end of the week, your child will walk away with knowledge of 2 new sports along with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and self-discipline.

US Sports Institute Total Play Multi-Sport Clinic
(Ages 5-12 Half Day, Ages 6-12 Full Day)
Experience over 16 different sports from around the world including, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, volleyball, disc golf, cricket, floor hockey and many more at US Sports Institute’s Total Play Multi Sports camp. All activities will take place in an atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship, teamwork and most of all, fun. Campers will receive technical instruction, have the chance experience the sport in a realistic game situation, and will participate in the exciting USSI World Cup Competition. All participants will receive a t-shirt and certificate.

Skyhawks Flag Football

Skyhawks flag football offers a complete package of skills and thrills that teaches every young athlete to enjoy this fast-paced game. Athletes will get a rich introduction to all the positions on offense and defense, preparing them to be true champions on the gridiron. The program will also introduce the core skills of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning – all presented in a fun and invigorating training environment. The week ends with the Skyhawks Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase new and refined skills.

In addition, all Pro Sports will bring a quality teaching staff made up of some of the areas finest coaches. Campers are grouped in age/skill levels and rotate through stations to work on skill development drills. Lecture topics include life lessons, nutrition and basketball. There will also be games, contests and skill sessions so campers can work on their games!

Field Hockey Clinic
(Girls entering grades 6-9)
New players will learn the basics of field hockey and begin working on developing dribbling, passing, shooting and game strategy skills. Experienced players will continue to develop their skills with an emphasis on execution and game situations. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of skill development and 30 minutes of small games and scrimmages. Players must provide their own field hockey stick, protective eye wear, shin guards, mouth guard, water, and cleats/turf shoes.

Jump Rope - Mixed Level Class

Jump rope is a fun and social activity that is popular among boys and girls of all ages. In addition to strengthening bones and toning muscles, jumping rope enhances overall athleticism by improving balance, coordination, endurance, and rhythm. This summer session gives Jumpers of all abilities the chance to practice and learn new skills.

Skyhawks Track & Field Program
(Youth ages 7-14 by start of program)
Combines technical development, fundamental techniques, and fun to introduce young athletes to Olympic style events. Exercises and drills are designed to prepare athletes for a future in cross country, track & field, distance running, and a lifelong love for being active. Teaches body positioning, stride, and proper stretching and cool-down techniques. Features a track meet at the end of the week!

Volleyball Clinic
(Youth ages 11-17)
Get ready for the upcoming season! All aspects of the game will be taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting, defense, offense and serving. This program will teach not only the core volleyball skills but also essential life lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Skyhawks’ volleyball staff will assist each athlete in developing fundamental skills of the game through game-speed drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player. Players grouped by age and ability.
