To review your new assessment and parcel data on the Vision Government Solutions web site, please follow this link: http://data.visionappraisal.com/GlastonburyCT/search.asp
From that page choose Connecticut and scroll down the list of towns for Glastonbury. Click on "Enter Online Database". From there you can either enter your address, or search by owner's name.
If you wish to appeal your assessment, you must file a written appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals on or before March 20, 2013. Application forms are available either on-line on our Assessment Appeal Information page, or in our office.
Our Services
The Assessor’s office compiles the annual grand list of taxable and exempt property and has responsibility in three major areas:
The administration of an ad valorem tax program including compliance with State Tax Laws.
The assessment and re-assessment of all real estate, personal property of businesses and motor vehicles.
The maintenance of a records library and information center relative to real, personal, and motor vehicle inventories, including owner’s name, address, legal data and values.
